These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bf345 platform and its users ("you" or "Member"). By accessing the bf345 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The bf345 website (bf345.lat) and all services and content included within it.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on bf345.
• "Account" — The personal profile registered on the platform in the Member's name.
• "Bet" — Any financial wager placed to participate in a game or sports betting.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a Member's account (real balance + bonus balance).
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.

2.1 Age Requirement

The bf345 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. You must be able to provide genuine proof of age at the time of account creation. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited without a refund of deposited funds.

2.3 Registration Requirements

The following information must be provided accurately when opening an account:

• Active mobile number
• Active email address
• Date of birth

If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the bf345 support team immediately. Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and special symbols — and change it regularly.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bf345 supports transactions only through the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile service of United Commercial Bank

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests may be delayed subject to verification.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

Deposited funds will only be returned via the same method used to make the deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — only transactions from an account in your own name will be processed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A Member making their first deposit at bf345 will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. However, even if you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the Member must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each Member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• The time limit for using a bonus will be communicated by bf345.
• Real money balance is always used before bonus balance.
• bf345 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If any bonus terms are breached, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in all accounts being closed.

5.4 VIP Program

bf345 has four VIP tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

The terms for VIP cashback and benefits will be communicated separately. bf345 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits at any time.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the bf345 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by neutral RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. bf345 does not predetermine any game outcome and no Member is given special advantage.

6.2 Technical Errors

Bets that are incomplete or incorrectly settled due to a technical error or system failure may be declared void. In such cases, the staked bet amount will be refunded. bf345 reserves the right to make the final decision.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. Changes to odds after a bet has been confirmed do not apply to that bet. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled due to on-field conditions, separate settlement rules will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's identity.
• Coordinated betting or "bonus hunting" with the intent of obtaining bonus benefits dishonestly.
• Using any computer script, bot, or automation software.
• Attempting to hack the game system or find vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds from a third-party account or conducting transactions via a proxy.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent collusion or conspiracy with other Members.
• Intimidating, threatening, or behaving inappropriately towards bf345 staff.

• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If suspicion of fraud or money laundering arises.
• If proven to be a minor.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

11.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw all balances before closing the account. Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure.

In the event of any complaint or dispute, the member must first contact the bf345 support team. Upon receiving a complaint, we will investigate as promptly as possible and communicate our decision.

Steps for dispute resolution:

1. Notify the support team of your complaint immediately via live chat.
2. If needed, send a detailed description and evidence by email.
3. bf345 will complete an internal investigation and communicate its decision.
4. If not satisfied with the decision, a request for reconsideration may be submitted.

The final decision of bf345 is binding. Technical logs and records will be considered as conclusive evidence.
